On listening to the album this morning, it occurred to me that, back in the day when B-sides were a thing on vinyl, this album was choc-full of them! With possibly one exception (see below):- - 'Mamma Mia' - B-side of 'SOS' in Italy
- 'Hey Hey Helen' - B-side of 'Fernando' in Sweden and UK, amongst others, also B-side of 'Mamma Mia' in some territories
- 'Tropical Loveland' - B-side of 'Mamma Mia' in UK amongst others, also featured prominently as a B-side to 'Fernando' in many countries
- 'SOS' - B-side of 'Bang-A-Boomerang' in France (the coupling was perhaps 'flipped' later with 'SOS' given A-side status? Not sure....)
- 'Man In The Middle' - B-side of 'SOS' in most territories
- 'Bang-A-Boomerang' - definitely a B-side in USA, not sure to which single ('I Do..'?)
- 'I Do I Do I Do I Do I Do' - could be the odd one out - haven't seen this as a B-side to anything (yet!)
- 'Rock Me' - B-side of 'I Do...' in most territories
- 'Intermezzo No. 1' - B-side of 'Mamma Mia' in several territories
- 'I've Been Waiting For You' - B-side of 'So Long' in most territories
- 'So Long' - B-side of 'I Do...' in the Netherlands (it was not an A-side there)
Unless, of course, anyone knows differently....

I Do I Do I Do was the B-side to SOS in East Germany.

We're Voulez Vous and Angeleyes separate releases in the US or a case of VV being flipped to Angeleyes after it only reached #80?
Also in America I think (correct if wrong) One of Us was the best side of When All is Said and Done before coming a single A side itself.
Several European countries had Eagle as an A side
Little Thing's b side was completely blank. A vast improvement on the A side 😀

When All Is Said And Done was released in the US in place of One Of Us as the lead single off The Visitors, with SILOC on the B-side. One Of Us only got a US single release in 1983, again backed by its original B-side SILOC, to promote The Singles The First Ten Years: www.discogs.com/release/2955748-ABBA-One-Of-Us

The Visitors era was really frustrating when it came to B-sides. Yes, the lovely SILOC found a home of sorts, but squandering some of the best material they'd yet produced as B-sides - The Visitors, Soldiers - was galling. They had a whole bunch of live recordings from the Dick Cavett TV special to utilise. Bonkers.

Exactly. The ultimate problem seems to be they didn't go with WAISAD as a pre-album single (like previously with TWTIA, Chiqutita, TNOTG), but went with One Of Us only in conjunction with the album release - albeit featuring an exclusive B-side. I've read somewhere on this board they had intended to go with it, but Polydor and Epic turned it down, demanding an Agnetha-sung ballad (--> One Of Us). It's a shame really since it probably is the most single-esque track on the album, the video was ready to go and got promoted on Dick Cavett Meets ABBA (and it's good and very ABBA compared to the quick homeshot of One Of Us), a Spanish version even being done. It probably demoralized Frida and might be amongst the reasons why she was insistent doing a solo album in 1982 and thus probably drove a nail in the coffin of 1972-1982 ABBA.

I’ve seen it mentioned a couple of times that Soldiers was a B side. But what was it a B side of?
