Michael Tretow's Facebook page reported this morning that Lasse Wellander has died. He had cancer. RIP.
He was a huge part of their sound - especially in concert.

Not a good few days for guitarists. As well as Lasse Wellander, Ian Bairnson died a few days ago. He worked with many acts. Guitarist on Kate Bush’s first four albums, notably the guitar solo on Wuthering Heights. He also co-wrote two of Bucks Fizz’s early 80s hits (If You Can’t Stand The Heat and Run For Your Life).

I nearly had a heart attack last night they made the headline sound like one of the Abba members had passed.
RIP to Lasse wellander he was good with his guitar solo on the DVD of ABBA in concert.
