I would like to get the album CD+DVD album sets packaged in jewel case but were they all released in jewel case in Europe? On Discogs I can find jewel case versions of all but the first two albums "Ring Ring" and "Waterloo".
I'm aware that at least for the "The Visitors" set (2012) they used a more recent remaster than for the 2001 CD reissue campaign. The 2012 wasn't brickwalled like the 2001 release. Is this the case for all the CD+DVD issues?

The original (limited) digipack versions were replaced with jewel case versions as soon they were sold out. Waterloo and probably especially Ring Ring apparently didn't sell as well as the other Deluxe versions and therefore to my knowledge weren't replaced yet (while the latest Deluxe version Gracias... was already).
All Deluxe versions except for the first two, Arrival and The Album, were significantly remastered to a sound being more rich which is closer to the first Polydor CD releases.
